And now for the finished group!

I am really happy with how these four turned out and go together so well. All together I think it was around 16 hours of carving. It's a small display but I definitely think it's one of my better ones.

Spending three months in Kyoto was an amazing experience. I'm not kidding when I say that it changed my life. I knew that I had to dedicate my pumpkin theme to Japan this year. Some other design ideas that I tossed around were monkeys, a ghost that looks like me (our dorm was haunted), and UFO catcher machines. At some point I'm going to upload some of my more artistic photos from the trip here.
