Once upon a time, I promised someone that I would carve all of Eevee's evolutions onto watermelons. I have not forgotten that promise!

Espeon and Umbreon, carved onto two halves of one watermelon. I wanted to carve these two at the same time and I had a good shaped watermelon for the job. It seems very fitting.

I haven't done half carved watermelons since the year I started carving them, and now I remember why! It's a real pain in the ass to get pictures, as I have to lay them flat on the ground and shoot from above. Not good for getting non blurry pictures. The watermelon wasn't the best for carving either, it was a little old. But I prevailed none the less!

One more Eeveelution to go... Unless B/W springs more on us!

I have! I did Litwick, Lampent and Chandelure last Halloween. I've got tentative plans for two more this year, but I may run out of time.
