Attack of the Mews

Before I start ranting, endless amounts of thanks go to Michiness for helping me with the photoshopish bits I used for making this into my journal header and footer, fixing the colours the scanner stooged up, and shrinkage. Your photshop > mine.

This would be that super mondo drawing of doom I've been talking about forever. I finished the sketch in January of '05 for mews sake. I was always whiney about colouring it since it's actually quite small. And what do you know, it was a royal pain in the ass. I don't colour small things well, alas. But either way it is finished and complete and I never want to ever work on it again. So there.

Back when I first drew this, I had drawn about five of my mews at the time. (Ignoring Gary, whom I still haven't been able to draw again.) I even remember Rayel being added in as an after thought. Not that I've done many more after I drew this, what with only three new mews being uploaded between when I first drew this and when I finished. Fear not though, I've got five more coming up in the near future! Who's keeping track? Anyway, that would be why I've only got five mews here.

Clockwise, it be Nutmeg, The Artist, Joey, MB, Rayel, The Artist's Butt, and Jake. Jake being his mew/murkrow hybrid form from my old ass Outcasts fanfic, and trying to kill a paper wad. Who else remembers MB? Joey seems to be sitting in mid air. Nutmeg has had too much coffee methinks. Rayel's just kinda hanging out, being amused by Jake. The Artist is drawing someone. Little do people know that I don't actually draw guidelines that often. Now that I'm thinking on this, there should be a pumpkin somewhere.
